I'm Laura. Hill Road Baking Co is a part-time cottage bakery — one home kitchen, one oven, and a farm stand at the end of the driveway every other Sunday-ish.
I have been baking sourdough for the past decade and it reached the point where my family can't keep up with my output. Most of what I make is bread. Sometimes there's a pile of cookies, sometimes there's cinnamon rolls, sometimes there's nothing for a few weeks because life happens. It's that kind of operation.
